Fees
I am committed to providing every client with full transparency regarding my fees. My goal is to support you in resolving your legal matters with confidence, while ensuring clear and accurate cost management for all services rendered.
Initial consultation: €250
The first consultation is billed at €250. During this meeting, we review your situation, assess your legal needs and determine the best possible solutions. This consultation also allows me to give you a preliminary legal opinion on your case.
The meeting takes place at my office in Paris 11th or by video, wherever you live.
Fee agreements
Each procedure is governed by a fee agreement, signed before any work starts. It sets out the billing method and the services covered. Fees depend on the complexity and duration of the case, and on your circumstances. Depending on the case, I propose:
- Flat-rate fees
- Hourly billing
- Success fees, in addition to a flat-rate or hourly fee
- Legal aid, in full or in part, in exceptional cases where you are eligible, with a possible fee supplement
