Assistance before the judge in charge of child protection when a minor is in danger. Depending on the specifics of the case, the juge can either order protective measures allowing for the child to stay in his family who is then supervised and helped by child protection services, or in the most serious cases, order the child’s placement

Fees
Claire MENUET offers a flat rate fee. As is customary, it is fixed depending on the choice of proceeding, the complexity of the case and the client’s financial situation.
In some instances for some particularily complex proceedings, an hourly fee can be applied.
A fee agreement clearly stating all the due diligences included in the flat fee is established for each client and proceeding and allows for complete transparency between the lawyer and the client.
Claire MENUET offers payment terms throughout the procedure.
The first one-hour consultation at the office is charged € 250 including tax.
Claire MENUET can also accept legal aid before the Parisian courts in some cases.
