Fees

I am committed to providing every client with full transparency regarding my fees.
My goal is to support you in resolving your legal matters with confidence, while ensuring clear and accurate cost management for all services rendered.

Initial Consultation: €250 (incl. VAT)

The first consultation is billed at €250 including VAT. During this meeting, we will review your situation, assess your legal needs, and determine the best possible solutions. This consultation also allows me to provide you with a preliminary legal opinion on your case.

The meeting can take place either in person at the office or via video conference, depending on your preference.

Fee Agreements

Each legal procedure is governed by a separate fee agreement, clearly outlining all services included in the package.

Fees are determined based on the complexity and duration of the case, as well as the client’s individual circumstances.

Depending on the nature of the case and the client’s situation, four types of fee agreements may be proposed:

• • Flat-rate fees

  • Hourly billing

  • Success fees (in addition to a base flat-rate or hourly fee)

  • Legal aid (in full or in part, in exceptional cases where the client is eligible, with a possible fee supplement)
